Trapping
Depending on the pest, removal can be executed in several ways, but trapping is usually the most effective method. Our staff’s first task upon arrival is to inform you about everything which may occur during a trapping job. The specialist will survey the property to get an idea of the layout for the relevant area. This allows us to formulate the best strategy for the situation. The trapping process, itself, is very safe. It involves no direct confrontation and does not take long at all. Once the animal(s) are trapped, we will remove them from your property and relocate them. Relocation occurs far away from you, so the animals are guaranteed not to return. Do not worry about any pests finding their way “home” either, as all nests will be destroyed and removed from your property as well.
Bat Exclusion
To exclude bats, one-way devices will be placed over their main points of entry. The entire structure will be properly sealed in order to ensure that they cannot find another way into your home or attic. Bats are able to enter gaps smaller than 3/4″, making the sealing process all the more important. Once all bats have been excluded via the one-way device, cleanup and further repair work can be done as becomes necessary.
Attic Restoration
Attic restoration may be necessary after an invading bat colony or other species have been successfully excluded from your home or attic. The purpose of restoration is to remove all materials & biomass, sanitize the area, and to make repairs where needed. Bats will often leave large piles of waste behind, posing a biological threat to anyone in the area. All cleanup cleanup work must be done with the proper safety equipment. Any vents, walls, or insulation in need of covering or replacement qualify as attic restoration is the proper service for your situation.
Pest Prevention
Pests can found during all seasons, making is crucial that you stay vigilant about protecting your property. If you are actively fighting pests to maintain control of your property, you will have far less to worry about during our busy seasons. There are plenty of options for keeping unwanted animals off of your property this year. For animals like groundhogs, rodents, and other land-based creatures, fencing may be a good option. If you need to protect your deck or shed from pest activity, trench exclusion is a possibility. If you find that certain areas of your house are susceptible to pest activty, we can seal chimneys, vents, or anything else you need – even if it takes custom metalwork!
